Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how J&N Peak LLC, which operates Tyler TX French Drain at https://tylertxfrenchdrain.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, shares and retains information about visitors and about people who submit a request through the Site.
1. Information We Collect Through the Lead Form
When you submit the request form on the Site, we collect the information you enter, which may include:
- Your name
- Your telephone number
- Your email address
- The town or area where the property is located
- The type of drainage service you are interested in
- Any description of the problem you provide, including details about your property and any photographs or notes you choose to send
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the form. The form is intended for project details and contact information only.
2. How Your Information Is Shared With Contractors
This is the central purpose of the Site, so it is stated directly: information you submit through the request form is shared with one or more independent local contractors so that they can contact you about your drainage project.
Once your information has been provided to a contractor, that contractor handles it under its own privacy practices, which we do not control. If you have questions about how a particular contractor stores or uses your information, or wish to be removed from their records, contact that contractor directly. We are an independent lead generation and referral service and do not perform the drainage work ourselves.
3. Telephone Calls and Call Tracking
Telephone numbers displayed on the Site may be call tracking numbers. When you call one, your call may be routed through a third party call tracking or telephony provider before reaching a contractor.
In connection with that routing, information such as your telephone number, the date and time of the call, its duration, and the page or source that led you to the number may be recorded. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality, training and record keeping purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, please contact us by email instead.
4. Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, the Site may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits.
5. Cookies and Analytics
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files stored by your browser that allow a site to recognize a returning visitor and to measure how the site is used.
We may use:
- Essential cookies, which are necessary for the Site to function.
- Analytics cookies, which help us understand which pages are visited and how visitors navigate the Site, so we can improve it.
- Attribution cookies, which record how a visitor arrived at the Site so that inquiries can be attributed to a source.
Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function. Some browsers offer a Do Not Track signal; there is currently no uniform industry standard for responding to it.
6. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Connect you with one or more independent local contractors
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up about it
- Operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site
- Understand which pages and sources generate inquiries
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and misuse of the Site
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing your request with contractors is a disclosure made for the purpose you submitted it, and is described in Section 2.
7. Other Disclosures
Besides contractors, information may be disclosed to:
- Service providers who operate the Site on our behalf, such as website hosting, form delivery, email, analytics and call tracking providers
- Legal and professional advisors, or authorities, where disclosure is required by law, subpoena or legal process, or is necessary to protect rights, safety or property
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of assets
8. Data Retention
We retain form submissions and related records for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to your inquiry, maintaining records of referrals made, and complying with legal, tax and record keeping obligations. Technical and analytics data is generally retained in aggregate or for a limited period. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified.
Retention by a contractor who received your information is governed by that contractor's own practices.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act
If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act may give you the following rights regarding personal data about you, subject to the Act's conditions and exemptions:
- Right to confirm and access. To confirm whether we are processing your personal data and to access that data.
- Right to correct. To correct inaccuracies in your personal data, taking into account its nature and the purpose of processing.
- Right to delete. To request deletion of personal data provided by or obtained about you.
- Right to portability. To obtain a copy of personal data you previously provided, in a portable and readily usable format, where processing is carried out by automated means.
- Right to opt out. To opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling.
- Right to appeal. If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal that decision by replying to our response. If the appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General to submit a complaint.
To exercise any of these rights, email JayPeak1425@gmail.com with the details of your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the timeframe required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf where permitted.
11. Deletion Requests
You may ask us at any time to delete the information you submitted through the Site by emailing JayPeak1425@gmail.com with the subject line "Deletion Request" and the name, phone number or email address you used. Note that we cannot delete information already held by a contractor who received it. To have a contractor delete your details, contact that contractor directly.
